Person-Centered and Solutions-Focused Approach

Jess utilizes a strengths-based framework when working with clients to support their social and emotional growth. Her approach is grounded in empathy, warmth, and respect for each client's unique experiences and perspectives. Jess believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and concerns freely.

Drawing from person-centered therapy principles, Jess collaborates with clients to identify their strengths, values, and aspirations. She empowers clients to tap into their innate resources and develop practical solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth.

In addition to her approach in person-centered therapy, Jess integrates elements of cognitive- behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, play therapy, and positive psychology into her practice, tailoring her approach to meet the specific needs and preferences of each individual.
