Jenny's educational journey started at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology. This solid foundation laid the groundwork for her deep understanding of the human mind and behavior, complementing her later specialization in Clinical/Medical Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB).
Jenny brings a dedicated and compassionate approach with a wealth of experience as a Crisis Case Manager and now a licensed bilingual therapist, specializing in intensive crisis stabilization therapy services for newcomer children and their families.
