8- Weeks (Ages 14-18)

Handling Stress & Anxiety

This group is designed to give adolescents the skills they need in order to effectively manage emotions and behaviors related to their stress and anxiety.

The skills taught through this group will help your teen:

  • Increase self-awareness and emotional regulation.

  • Enhance cognitive flexibility.

  • Learn distress tolerance skills to reduce impulsivity and accept reality.

  • Learn interpersonal skills to improve and maintain family and peer relationships.

  • Build self-confidence.
